Job Role:
Manage hard skill training programs are implemented in every month as on schedule.
Handle training request from other unit for public training and insert training related to hard competencies (technical skill).
Evaluating training program, to ensure effectiveness of the program.
Maintain employees training database.

Qualification & Experience:
1. Min. Bachelor degree (Economy Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering)
2. Min. 3 years of working experience in Telco Company
3. Having skill & knowledge about HR management, competency development, individual development planning.
4. Having experienced manage Technical skill training
5. Fluent in English
