1. Min. Bachelor degree (Economy Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering)
2. Min. 3 years of working experience in Telco Company
3. Having skill & knowledge about HR management, competency development, individual development planning.
4. Having experienced manage Technical skill training
5. Fluent in English
